Lineside is an active Industrial estate comprising 39 units arranged in a mixture of terraces and stand alone buildings.

The estate has a dedicated management team with an on- site presence. There are currently no units available, following a series of lettings over the last 12 months. A number of existing occupiers have also extended their leases on the estate, recently.

At the entrance to the estate beside the A259 By Pass is a potential development site of approximately 0.85 acre which may suit a number of uses such as  Trade Operators, a hotel use or a drive through, subject to obtaining the appropriate planning consent.

A refurbishment programme to upgrade the accommodation as well as the estate Is well underway with units 3 and 29 being the mostly recently refurbished units.

DWS Bodyworks move to unit 3

15.09.2015

Following a recent change of ownership and with the estate now managed by the Cording Real Estate Group, unit 3 totalling approximately 6,515 sq ft has been let to DWS Bodyworks, following extensive refurbishment and redecoration works. DWS who were established 33 years ago and operate throughought London and the Home Counties, providing a complete accident repair service for private clients, all major insurance companies, brokers and motor fleets.

Unit 29, close to the entrance to the estate and the road link to the A259 by pass, has also just been let to Pattern Imprinted Concrete Supplies Ltd, a tenant already on the estate, and provides a unit of 5,278 sq ft incorporating a warehouse/factory area with two storey offices. Other units may become available later in 2016.
